Summer exhibition comes to Culross Pottery
1 Jul 2009What could be better than to enjoy colourful artwork by Scottish artists in the surroundings of our friendly cafe and gallery, in the beautiful medieval village of Culross?
Well known wildlife artist, John Threlfall will be exhibiting for the first time. You will be able to see vibrant absract paintings by Fife based Poppy Cyster and mixed media work by Nikki Monaghan.
Ceramic artists, Kevin Green and Angela Pointon will be showing their latest pieces. Cath Hill and Angie Young's gorgeous jewellery can also be seen, and beautiful silk textiles by west Fife artist Susie Thompson will delight everyone.
Work by resident potters, Camilla Garrett-Jones, Kirsty O'Connor, Sue Davis and Debbie Ashurst will be available alongside our popular range of fairtrade goods. So there really is something to suit all tastes and pockets.
Afterwards, a visit to Biscuit Cafe will revive happy shoppers where sumptuous cakes made with organic ingredients and delicious lunches are served alongside freshly roasted coffee, fairtrade tea and hot chocolate. An excellent day for everyone.
The Gallery and Cafe open 7 days a week 10pm - 5pm (Sunday Cafe open 10-5 and Gallery 11-5).
