Rosyth Garden City Association invite you to experience Shopping in Rosyth - Through Time

You bought sweets loose by the 2 ounce in a poke

Shopkeepers served you

We all had our co-op number

Bread and milk delivered by horse and cart

Loose sugar was bagged for you

Parcels were tied by string

4 farthings = one penny 12 pennies = one shilling 20 shillings = one pound 16 ounces = one pound

14 pounds = one stone

Displays, Photos, Artifacts & Stories

Café open for Snacks and Afternoon Teas

 
Saturday 24th April until Saturday 1st May(not open on Sunday 25th April)

10am – 4pm

Late night Wednesday 6pm – 8pm

Rosyth Parish Church Halls
