All set for Culross summer 'Heroes' spectacular

  • The band of the Royal Highland Fusiliers will be amongst the attractions at the show
  • And the band of the Royal Marines will also march into town

There's just a few weeks left now to get your tickets for one of Culross' biggest events of the year, the Help for Heroes concert being held on Friday 31st July.

The summer 'Musical Spectacular' is being held to raise funds for wounded armed forces personnel, when military bands from across the services will perform on the village green.


Tickets, costing £10 each, are now on sale direct from the 'Box Office' Rothes Hall on 01592 611101, and from local outlets including Culross Post Office, Red Lion Inn, and Culross Pottery and Gallery. Covered seating will be available under Marquees- book early to make sure of your place at what promises to be one of Culross' biggest nights of the year, in aid of a fantastic cause.

There will be a barbecue by top Army Chefs and refreshments available from 5pm, and the show gets under way at 7.30pm. Amongst the performers on the night will be the Band of HM Royal Marines Scotland, and the Pipes and Drums of The Royal Highland Fusiliers, 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland.
