Nelsons of Culross Luxury Dairy Farm Ice Cream

Nelsons of Culross is a family run business which makes luxury dairy farm ice cream.

First of all our history. Ryan has always wanted to produce ice cream using his own milk from the cows, but it took a trip to Italy in 1999 and sampling the wonderful ice creams out there which started the ball rolling.

He created his own traditional recipe over the years, using friends and family to try out on. Then eventually we got the premises up and running last year to go official.

Since then it has been non stop. We currently milk approximately 100 cows twice a day at the farm which produce 2500 litres per day. We sell Nelsons of Culross Luxury Dairy Farm Ice Cream at Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy Farmers Markets every month and supply various farm shops and restaurants throughout the area from The Biscuit Cafe, the Post Office and the Red Lion in Culross to Dobbies, Dunfermline.

Nelson's of Culross is the best ice cream I have ever tasted. All the different flavours are very tasty but the white chocolate, strawberry, and creme caramel flavours are to die for!!! Nelson's of Culross do seasonal specials which are also great- can't wait for the next new flavour!!!

what can i say.............the chocolate and chilli flavour is just fantastic........keep it coming. smooth chocolate flavour and a subtle aftertaste of chilli......mmmmmmm!!
