How to record video: Webcam
If you have a webcam you can use it to record video clips at your computer. Obviously this lacks the mobility of a digital stills camera or camcorder, but it can be a quick and easy way to record your message.
Shooting your video
- Since webcams don't have built-in memory you'll have to save your video straight to your computer.
- Windows and Mac computers both come with pre-installed software to record webcam video. See editing software for more information.
- Alternatively, feel free to use any video recording software that came with your computer or webcam.
